Enjoy an effective, fun workout with your child! Our Sweaty Mama classes are postnatal exercise sessions choreographed to music to help Mama gradually rebuild her fitness, re-strengthen the pelvic floor & core muscles and realign posture.

Exercise with your baby in a baby carrier, freehold or they can be right next to you on a mat, in the pushchair or car seat, no childcare needed!
