Trainee Swim Coach Job, Leamington Spa & Rugby – Swim Works

We are recruiting at Swim Works…. your friendly family swim centres….

We are looking for a ‘TRAINEE swim coach’ for extra support across both centres in Rugby and Leamington.

This will be a lovely role supporting our teachers, parents and children. We always need an extra pair of hands at our busy swim centres!

The role will suit a flexible person who can drive and work around the demands of the business. Working hours to include evenings and weekends. We welcome applications from candidates who are 18 years +

This will be a full time role (40 hours) but we can adapt and mould to suit the right person to 25-30 hours. Salary will be from £12,500-£16,500 pro rata.
