At Take It From Mummy we just love to hear from Mums who have had a wonderful idea and bitten the bullet and gone for it! When Lauren, the founder of Kokoso contacted us about this product that she’s launched following her own experience of using coconut oil with her daughter. We did a bit of research and were surprised with what we found! The benefits we found included use on cradle cap, nappy rash and baby acne. We thought this sounded great and contacted one of our Mum’s Panel of reviewers Lindsey to give it a road test!

Easy to use?: Yes. A little bit tricky to get out as it’s quite a hard block. Instructions say use a spoon but not always remember to take one upstairs. Once out n rubbing in though it melts beautifully into the skin. And is fantastic for baby massage as it glides across the skin so well!

What you like about it? That it isn’t a greasy oil, it soaks in very nicely and leaves the skin so soft and my little girl smelling even more edible!!
What you don’t like about it: Getting out the pot, not really an issue though!
Would you recommend this product to a friend? Absolutely! As a natural product with no chemicals it’s a fantastic everyday product to keeping babies skin soft and peachy!!
Would you buy this product for yourself? Yep, I’ve used it on my mummy tummy which went quite dry after having my littlest one!

A lovely product and worth the slight challenge of getting it out the pot! Nice to know that no chemicals going into babies delicate skin and really does leave their skin so soft to touch and not overly ‘oily’ as an oil! I love using for our baby massage it’s perfect!
