Nursery Funding Administrator

We are looking for someone to work with us on a self employed basis.

This standalone role requires full ownership of the fees and funding process, with opportunities to enhance and improve it. The position holder will work closely with local authorities, the nursery manager and parents to ensure accurate funding claims and payments.  You will be the first point of contact for parents funding and support the nursery manager with any questions or queries. 

Process invoices, payment plans, and fee reminders. Reconcile funding allocations and support funding claims.

The Company

The Old Rectory Nursery is a private nursery that uses Montessori Methods and is a 4x Award Winning Nursery. We are a small and unique home from home setting.

The Hours

The hours are flexible and part time and will allow you to work from home.

The Salary

As we are looking for someone on a self-employed basis, we are happy to negotiate salary and will pay a minimum of £12 per hour.

The Location

The Old Rectory Nursery is based in Frankton, near Princethorpe. However, this position is being offer to someone on a flexible, work from home basis.
